A business day is US/Central, Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. We're a small team, so times can vary, but here's what to expect:

Is MyDIYGarage free?
Yes. You can create a free account and track a vehicle, log maintenance, and scan diagnostic codes at no cost. Paid plans add higher limits and extra features — see the pricing page for details.
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen at app.mydiygarage.com/login. We'll email you a secure reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email hello@mydiygarage.com.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account, or email hello@mydiygarage.com and we'll process the deletion for you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Which vehicles and scan tools are supported?
MyDIYGarage works with most cars and light trucks. Diagnostic scanning reads standard OBD-II trouble codes using a compatible Bluetooth OBD-II adapter. Browse the Guides for setup help.
